Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

    • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Cost Information:

    • Return Shipping: A $10 return shipping fee applies unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

    • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to complete.

Exchange Information

  • Reasons for Exchange:
    We accept exchanges without any specific reason within 14 days of receipt.

  • Exchange Process:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the original packaging.

    • Please follow the email instructions to return your item to the provided address.

    • Once the returned item is inspected, a replacement item of equal value will be sent to you.

  • Cost Information:

    • Exchange Shipping: A $10 shipping fee applies unless the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).

Important Notes:

  • All refunds will be processed minus a $10 shipping fee unless the return is due to an error on our side.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order. Customers can opt for either one exchange or a full refund.

  • Please review the return instructions carefully to ensure your item qualifies for return or exchange.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported and a return or exchange requested within 14 days of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
